An 8-year-old boy in Texas died after he was found unresponsive on a school playground, according to officials.
Police said Landon Holland wasn’t breathing when he was discovered around 3:30 p.m. Saturday on playground equipment at Peters Colony Elementary School in Tarrant County, the Dallas News reported.
Emergency responders attempted CPR on the child and rushed him to Baylor Scott & White Medical Center at Carrollton. He was pronounced dead just after 4 p.m. at the hospital, officials said.
The Tarrant County medical examiner’s office hasn’t determined his cause of death.
Police said they are investigating the death, but suspect it was medically-related, according to news station DFW-TV.
