Nearly two weeks after the midterm elections, the races for three House seats remain undecided — with GOP candidates in the lead for each one.
In Texas, Rep. Will Hurd is holding onto a 1,150-vote lead over Democrat Gina Ortiz Jones, who is contesting the results.
Under state law, she can call for a recount, but her campaign would have to foot the bill for it.
Democrat Carolyn Bourdeaux is trailing Republican Rep. Bob Woodall by fewer than 500 votes in their Georgia district.
The election has yet to be certified, but Bourdeaux has said she will seek a recount.
And Rep. Mia Love is ahead of Democrat Ben McAdams by 419 votes in Utah, where many provisional ballots are still uncounted.
