
Adopt reprieve
MOSCOW — The Russian government says a child-adoption deal with the United States will remain valid up until Jan. 1, 2014, despite a new law it imposed that bans the practice.
The Russian move came in response to a new American law targeting Russians deemed to be violating human rights.
