Conspiracy theorist Alex Jones let out a bizarre war cry and sobbed uncontrollably as he claimed the feds were trying to shutter his Infowars platform.
The 50-year-old host let the bellowing, 10-second scream rip after alleging — without evidence — that his site was under attack by federal authorities planning to raid his Austin, Texas, studio.
A wild clip of the moment during a so-called emergency broadcast showed Jones clenching both his fists and screaming until his face turned a dark shade of red.
Conspiracy theorist Alex Jones let out a bizarre war cry over the weekend as he claimed the feds were trying to shutter his far-right Infowars site. InfoWarsJust seconds before, the host had declared, “It’s my resistance to them … as a human under attack.”
In the last 15 minutes of his broadcast, Jones — who faces ruin for spreading the disturbing, blatantly false conspiracy that the 2012 Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting was a hoax — sobbed repeatedly as he alleged the “Deep State” was trying to ruin him.
“I’m so p—ed off,” he raged.
“All we’re trying to do is save America, and they’re f–king us over, over and over again,” Jones continued. “And it’s just so sick — it’s sick, it’s sick. I want to leave — because it’s going to be over, folks.”
Jones, 50, let the 10-second scream rip after alleging, without providing evidence, that his site was under attack by federal authorities who were planning to raid his Austin, Texas, studio. InfoWarsDespite teasing the possible shutdown repeatedly over the weekend, Infowars was still up and running Monday.
In a post on X on Monday afternoon, Jones urged viewers to “tune into what could potentially be the last Alex Jones broadcast from Infowars.”
At one point during the war-cry broadcast, Jones had claimed the shutdown was potentially linked to bankruptcy proceedings.
Jones filed for bankruptcy after being ordered in 2022 to pay $1.5 billion in damages after the families of Sandy Hook victims slapped a flurry of lawsuits against him over his promotion of the false theory that the school shooting that killed 20 first-graders and six educators in Newtown, Connecticut, never happened.
When Jones filed for bankruptcy, it put a hold on the families’ efforts to recoup damages in state courts given that a federal bankruptcy judge has to weigh how much money Jones can actually pay his creditors.
Lawyers for the families have argued in court that it’s been difficult for them to track the Inforwars host’s finances due to the numerous companies he owns.
His media company, Free Speech Systems, also filed for bankruptcy protection in the wake of the verdict.
Jones insisted last year during a broadcast that he was more than $1 million in debt.
