A new mugshot of the alleged Florida State University gunman showed his face badly disfigured from being shot in the face by a cop during last month’s deadly shooting.
Phoenix Ikner, 20, was booked on first-degree murder charges and related counts Monday after he was released from the hospital where he had been since the terrifying mass shooting on the Tallahassee campus on April 17.
He was taken to Leon County Detention Center for booking and was then transferred to the Wakulla County Detention Facility because his stepmother is a deputy in Leon, the sheriff’s office said.
