A California man who was celebrating his one-year wedding anniversary was identified by relatives Friday as one of the 13 victims of Barcelona’s terror attack.

Dan Tucker told ABC-TV that his son, 43-year-old Jared Tucker, had split off from his wife to find a bathroom when he was killed by a rampaging van.

“They were walking through downtown when he stopped to use the restroom. Moments later, all hell broke loose, and Heidi was swept up in the terrified crowd, and she lost sight of Jared,” said the victim’s brother-in-law, Kalani Kalanui.

Tucker and his wife, Heidi Nunes, were on their honeymoon, which they’d delayed after getting married last year, the slain man’s dad said.

About an hour before the attack, the couple had been enjoying drinks on a small patio.

“Next thing I know, there’s screaming, yelling,” Nunes, a 40-year-old teacher, told NBC News. “I got pushed inside the souvenir kiosk and stayed there hiding while everybody kept running by screaming.”
