The mother of accused Colorado Springs mass shooter Anderson Lee Aldrich was charged with resisting arrest and disorderly conduct just hours after her son allegedly unleashed hell on a local LGBTQ+ nightclub.

Laura Voepel, 45, was allegedly warned “multiple times” at her home to “stop yelling” or she would be arrested for disorderly conduct, a summons cited by KDVR says.

But she “continued to make unreasonable noise directly next to multiple apartments,” according to the document, which states her Colorado Springs address on Union Boulevard.

A police officer said Voepel became combative and physically resisted when she was placed under arrest at about 3:30 a.m. Nov. 20.

She was charged with resisting arrest, a misdemeanor, and disorderly conduct, an “unclassified petty offense.”

It is unclear what she was apparently yelling about.

One of Voepel’s neighbors told CBS News that they’d previously heard shouting coming from the woman’s apartment or nearby.

Hours earlier, her non-binary son Anderson Lee Aldrich allegedly opened fire inside Club Q, killing five people and wounding 17 others.

The suspect was ordered held without bond at their first court appearance Wednesday.

Voepel had previous run-ins with the law, including involving three outstanding warrants for her arrest in California.

She also had an arson count out of Bexar County, Texas, that was reduced to a lesser charge.

Voepel was reportedly sentenced to five years of probation in August 2013.

The mom was not booked into jail on the most recent charges. Her next court appearance for the Nov. 20 summons is set for Jan. 25.
