Democratic presidential hopeful Andrew Yang has fired dozens of campaign staffers in the aftermath of a dismal performance in the Iowa caucuses, according to a report.

Yang finished in sixth place with just 1 percent of delegates, according to the Iowa Democratic Party (IDP), which has yet to release the final 3 percent of results.

His campaign dismissed national political and policy directors as well as the deputy national political director this week, according to Politico. Those who were let go held senior-level positions.

Four individuals who were let go by the Yang campaign worked across the organization, both in their New York City-based headquarters and his now-dissolved Iowa operation.

A spokesperson for the Yang campaign could not be immediately reached for comment by The Post.
