His pay jumped $37,300 over 12 years — from $136,700 in 1999 to $174,000 in 2011, when he resigned amidst a sexting scandal.

The newest Democratic candidate for mayor said, “I want every New Yorker to see their income keep up with the cost of living in New York.”
