Cops in Arizona are hunting for a convicted sex offender who allegedly threatened to kill Donald Trump — and they believe he’s on the loose in the border region where the former president is set to speak Thursday.

Ronald Lee Syrvud has several outstanding warrants — including for a DUI in Wisconsin and a hit-and-run in Arizona — where he is also sought for failing to register as a sex offender, according to the Cochise County Sheriff’s Office.

He is described as 6 feet tall and 220 pounds, and he wears glasses.

Trump will visit Sierra Vista, Arizona — which is in Cochise County — Thursday morning to “address the plague of migrant crime that so-called Border Czar, comrade Kamala Harris has unleashed on America,” he said on Truth Social Wednesday.

The former president, who survived an assassination attempt July 13 during a rally in Butler, Pennsylvania, will appear in the same area his vice presidential selection, JD Vance, toured Aug. 1.

The border region is a “smuggler’s paradise,” where cartel members and associates scout from the mountaintops to smuggle humans and drugs, presenting a major security concern.

Trump’s plan to secure the southern border and deter illegal immigration includes bringing back several of the policies he implemented during his first term in office, like the Remain in Mexico program, which forced migrants to await their asylum proceedings south of the border, rather than in the US.

Trump has also promised to carry out the largest deportation of illegal immigrants in the country’s history.
