Astronauts aboard the International Space Station will be enjoying a festive Thanksgiving dinner — that will only take 20 minutes to prepare.

Scott Kelly and Dr. Kjell Lindgren, the two Americans on the spacecraft, just have to heat up a freeze-dried Turkey Day feast that includes classic dishes like candied yams and cornbread dressing.

“We might be spending the whole day in the kitchen, but the space station astronauts already had all the work done for them by NASA’s Space Food Systems Laboratory,” NASA posted on Facebook along with a video of how the space food works.

All the astronauts have to do is add water to the food packets so that they rehydrate — and then they’ll be able to chow down.

They have less than 100 days left of their year-long mission in space, where they are studying the effects of long-term space travel on the human body, among other experiments.
