Yankee players weren’t the only ones taking a beating in the second game of the ALCS Sunday night.

An Astros fan allegedly smacked a Yankee fan in the stands of Minute Maid Park after the two got into an argument during the matchup, authorities said.

James Dinkins, 73, was arrested and hit with a misdemeanor assault charge for allegedly slapping the New York fan in the back of the head after he cheered for the Bronx Bombers, prosecutors said.

Dinkins was released on $100 bond, authorities said.

Prosecutor Nathan Beedle said the arrest was “troubling” because Houston prides itself on “hospitality, sportsmanship, and welcoming anyone from anywhere.”

The Yankees fell to the Astros 3-2 in the game that stretched to the 11th inning, which evened the series to one game each.
