A woman running for attorney general in Michigan has released a cheeky new ad encouraging voters to support the candidate “who doesn’t have a penis.”
Capitalizing on the recent torrent of sexual harassment allegations against politicians and other powerful men, Democrat Dana Nessel tells voters to ask themselves: “Who can you trust most not to show you their penis in a professional setting?”
“Is it the candidate who doesn’t have a penis? I’d say so,” says the civil rights attorney, who is competing against Republican state House Speaker Tom Leonard.
The now-viral ad features headlines about accusations against Alabama Senate candidate Roy Moore, journalist Charlie Rose and President Trump — before Nessel vows that she won’t have the same problems as these and other accused pervs.
“I want to tell you what you can expect me not to do. I will not sexually harass my staff, and I won’t tolerate it in your workplace either. I won’t walk around in a half-open bathrobe, and I’ll continue to take all sex crimes seriously just like I did as a prosecutor,” she says.
