A truck carrying Axe body spray caught fire in Texas, causing an explosion that reeked of clueless middle schoolers, according to reports.

The 18-wheeler was transporting the Axe shipment Friday morning on I-35 in Belton, about 60 miles north of Austin, when the driver noticed the fire and pulled over, news station WDRB reported.

The highly flammable cans exploded and were launched from the truck across the interstate, according to authorities.

No one was injured in the fire, but the highway was closed for several hours as crews cleaned up hundreds of cans.

The possible cause of the fire was not immediately released.
