A 4-month-old baby boy was found dead at his family’s Bronx apartment early Thursday, police said.

The child’s mother told cops she found her son, Urijah Murray, lying unconscious on a couch inside their Clay Avenue home in Concourse Village just after midnight.

The tot was rushed to Lincoln Hospital but could not be saved, cops said.

Murray did not appear to have suffered any signs of trauma to his body.

The boy’s death is still under investigation.
