Not everyone wants a kiss from Vice President Joe Biden.
At a swearing in ceremony Tuesday on Capitol Hill, the outgoing vice president posed with all incoming and reelected senators, including their families.
When it came time to pose with Sen. Richard Burr (R-NC), Biden leaned down to deliver a smooch to the Republican senator’s young granddaughter.
But the baby bobbed her head away from the VP’s lips, avoiding contact and leaving the seasoned pol with a mouth full of air.
