The bartender who had a fatal crash after working at Tiger Woods’ restaurant in Florida was high on pot and stole booze from the eatery before the accident last December, Woods’ lawyers claim.

Nicholas F. Immesberger — whose family sued the golf legend over the deadly wreck — was “excessively intoxicated” by marijuana and alcohol before the crash last December, according to GolfWeek, citing court documents.

The man’s family filed the wrongful death suit against Woods, his girlfriend, Erica Herman, and the restaurant.

But they dropped Woods from the suit last week.

Immesberger had more than five times the limit of THC in his body at the time of the crash, according to a medical examiner’s report cited by the lawyers.

Woods’ attorneys also alleged that Immesberger “used his position as a bartender” to take booze from Woods’ restaurant without paying, before getting drunk and driving on Dec. 10, 2018.

The lawyers also state that Immesberger was “more than 50 percent at fault” for his own death.

Immesberger’s family claims that surveillance tape would provide “vital evidence” and “would definitely show that Nicholas F. Immesberger was not served alcohol.” The footage, however, has been destroyed.

A motion to dismiss Herman from the lawsuit is scheduled for Sept. 27.

Mediation in the case is set for Oct. 29, according to GolfWeek.
