French actor Gerard Depardieu — fed up with plans by his country’s socialist government to heavily tax the rich — is embraced by Russian President Vladimir Putin at the leader’s estate in Sochi, site of next year’s Winter Olympics. Depardieu received his Russkie citizenship and passport this weekend.
