They ‘bearly’ made it.

A mountain biker barreling down a trail at the Malino Brdo resort in Slovakia this month came upon a grizzly sight when a brown bear barreled onto the path right on the heels of the leading cyclist.

Dušan Vinžík, who posted the hair-raising scene on YouTube, caught the fleet-footed bear as it enters the trail and keeps pace with the bikers for a few seconds before calling off the chase.

As the bear retreats, Vinžík shouts to his pedaling pal about the close encounter.

The video has received more than 4.5 million views.
