The best man at a Minnesota wedding was busted for allegedly shooting a guest during a heated argument at the crowded bash, police said.

Stephan James, 34, blasted the 36-year-old partygoer in both legs when the scuffle broke out Saturday night as more than 100 people gathered at Keller Regional Park in Maplewood, about 8 miles east of St. Paul, according to the Ramsey County Sheriff’s Office.

It’s unclear what started the fight.

James fled the scene but was arrested Wednesday night after being found in the passenger seat of a white Chevy pickup truck parked in a neighborhood in the state’s capital.

Police said they boxed in the vehicle, pulled the accused shooter out, and slapped cuffs on him.

Two guns, including one that was stolen, were also recovered from the truck, authorities said.

James is being held at Ramsey County jail awaiting charges.
