Ex-President Donald Trump brushed off being called on “convicted felon” by President Biden — and then went after the current commander in chief’s son Hunter during Thursday’s presidential debate.
Biden blasted Trump on Thursday during the verbal spar in Atlanta, saying, “The only person on this stage who is a convicted felon is the man I’m looking at tonight.”
Trump was found guilty of all 34 counts of concealing business records to hide hush money payments by a Manhattan jury last month.
“When he talks about a convicted felon, his son is a convicted felon,” Trump lashed out in response. “Should have been before, but his Justice Department let the statute of limitations lapse.”

“Joe could be a convicted felon with all the things that he’s done,” Trump added during the debate, before referencing Biden’s “quid pro quo” pressuring in Ukraine to fire prosecutor Viktor Shokin while Hunter was on the board of Burisma Holdings.
“This man is a criminal,” Trump repeated about Biden.
