Billionaires Bill and Melinda Gates were seen together Friday on the eve of their daughter’s wedding — the first time they were spotted in each other’s company since their high-profile divorce.

The former couple, who officially split in August, appeared civil as they chatted in the same circle of friends on a deck at their daughter Jennifer’s sprawling Westchester mansion.

The 65-year-old Microsoft founder wore a dark suit while his ex, who also goes by Melinda French, wore a colorful dress before a rehearsal dinner at the North Salem horse farm.

Both of them were seen smiling as wedding photographers snapped shots in the background.

The interaction came the day before their 25-year-old daughter’s extravagant wedding to Nayel Nassar, 30, on the 124-acre property, where workers have been preparing the festivities for weeks.
