Graphic video from a police body camera shows Chicago cops Tasering and shooting an unhinged man wielding a cleaver earlier this year.

Wen M. Chen, 31, had locked himself in a room when cops responded to domestic disturbance at his home in city’s South Side, according to the Chicago Sun-Times.

The March 13 video shows one cop unlock and open the door, then say, “Oh, he cut himself” while pointing at Chen, who is shirtless.

Another cop repeatedly shouts “Drop the knife!” and two cops fire Tasers at him after he raises the blade behind his head.

Chen, who ignores continued orders to drop the knife, begins moaning loudly as the devices crackle, then staggers out of the room and gets shot in the leg, the Sun-Times said.

The cleaver is heard clanging on the floor as Chen collapses, and the video — released by the Civilian Office of Police Accountability on Wednesday — shows streams of blood down his chest and back.

He was taken for hospital treatment and charged with multiple counts of aggravated assault.

The unidentified cop who shot Chen was placed on mandatory leave for 30 days.
