Rep. José Serrano thinks President Obama is doing such a great job that he should be given a chance to seek a third term.

And so the Bronx Democrat is recycling his bill to repeal the 22nd Amendment, which limits US presidents to two terms.

The bill has failed to even reach the House floor since the 1990s.
