Caitlyn Jenner will likely not face felony charges for a fatal California car crash in February, a report said.
LA County Sheriff’s investigators viewed a video of Jenner’s SUV hitting a Lexus and determined the accident to be ordinary negligence, TMZ said.
The transgender Olympic great was not intoxicated or texting during the accident, which killed 69-year-old Kim Howe.
The highest charge he could face is misdemeanor vehicular manslaughter.
