Hillary Rodham Clinton has a problem that really sucks.

The e-mail controversy is following her around “like a vampire,’’ according to California Gov. Jerry Brown, a fellow Democrat who advised her to “find a stake’’ and put it right through its cyber-heart.

In an interview with “The Hill,’’ he said, “This e-mail thing — it has a kind of mystique to it. An e-mail is just an utterance in digital form. But it has some kind of dark energy that has ­everybody excited.’’
