A California mother and her baby daughter have been missing for 10 days after never making it home in their damaged SUV, according to authorities.

Whisper Owen, 36, and her 8-month-old daughter, Sandra McCarthy, were last seen around 5 p.m. on Tuesday last week while leaving Fresno, according to the Fresno County Sheriff’s Office.

The pair were reportedly driving home to Elk Grove, where family members were expecting them, but never made it, cops said.

Their silver 2006 Chevrolet Trailblazer was last caught on a traffic camera in Atwater, 65 miles north of Fresno, around 8 p.m. that same day.

The SUV had noticeable damage to the driver’s side headlight, deputies said in an update issued Wednesday.

An Endangered Missing Advisory has been issued by the California Highway Patrol as the search for the mother and daughter intensifies.

Anyone who spots them or the SUV is urged to call 911 immediately.
