WASHINGTON — Chelsea Clinton can hedge her bets. Even if her mom doesn’t win the White House, her mother-in-law has a shot at returning to Congress.

Pennsylvania’s Marjorie Margolies, 70 — who cast a career-ending vote for President Bill Clinton’s 1993 budget — is seeking her old House seat. Her son, Marc Mezvinsky, married Chelsea in 2010.
