Chipotle CEO Monty Moran must personally address allegations that his Mexican fast-food chain is stiffing its workers out of fair wages and overtime.

Magistrate Sarah Netburn sided with current and former workers in a 2012 Manhattan federal class-action lawsuit by ordering Moran to give a four-hour deposition under oath.

Netburn said Moran’s knowledge is “relevant . . . because of Chipotle’s own unwillingness or inability” to provide discovery at the request of defense lawyers.

Moran had tried to duck testifying, claiming taking time off “would put significant burden” on Chipotle’s operations.
