A Florida private detective who spent months trying to hack into the Clinton Foundation in 2015 won’t be sent to jail for it, a Manhattan federal judge ruled Monday.

That’s because Timothy Sedlak, 44, is already there — serving a 42-year sentence he received in 2016 for producing and possessing child porn. So the 18 months he got for the hack attempt will be served at the same time as the child-porn sentence, Judge Ronnie Abrams ruled.

The child porn was uncovered after FBI agents who descended on Sedlak’s Florida property in 2015 and found him “actively” trying to hack the Clinton Foundation using password-cracking software running across 22 computers.

At the time, Sedlak claimed the hacks were aimed at finding charitable organizations that are supporting terrorism.

The feds said Sedlak has tried to hack other political organizations, investment firms and major law firms.
