Who can blame actor Ken Jeong for cavorting in the ocean with his “The Hangover Part III” co-star, Heather Graham, yesterday at Rio de Janeiro’s famed Ipanema Beach? Jeong and the yoga- and Pilates-loving Graham, 43 (yes, 43!), were in Brazil to promote the latest chapter in the screen-comedy franchise.
