Police confiscated 1,000 weapons — some stashed inside cars, bathrooms and bags of chips — left in the carnage from a biker-gang bloodbath in Texas, officials said Wednesday.
Motorcycle thugs who rode roughshod over the Twin Peaks restaurant over the weekend are not “your churchgoing crowd,” according to Sgt. Patrick Swanton of the Waco Police Department.
All the weapons were found inside Twin Peaks or its shopping-center parking lot in the aftermath of a bloody battle that left nine bikers dead and 18 wounded.
“We found weapons hidden under bags of flour, in bags of chips, we found a handgun stuffed inside the toilet,” Swanton said outside the eatery.
