A Michigan man was caught by cops as he allegedly urinated on a police car in Florida — and officers apparently threw the cuffs on him even before he finished, a report said.

“The def [defendant] was taken into custody while still in the commission of the crime,” the affidavit for the arrest of David Marcel-Lewis Johnson, 26, notes.

Johnson was busted about 1 a.m. Feb. 8 as he relieved himself on the bumper of a sergeants squad car in downtown St. Petersburg, according to the arrest affidavit, which was obtained by The Smoking Gun.

Johnson, who lives outside Detroit, was “uncooperative with questioning,” the affidavit also said. He has pleaded not guilty to disorderly conduct and was freed after a relative posted his $250 cash bond.
