An Arizona homeowner’s doorbell camera recorded a person wearing a KKK hood emblazoned with a swastika — and now cops are probing the encounter as a hate crime

The hooded figure appeared with another person wearing a mask apparently of a character from the film “The Purge,” and rang the doorbell of the Anthem home last week, according to surveillance footage obtained by 12 News.

The costumed men then fled.

The homeowner, who is a white male, did not wish to be publicly identified.

Phoenix Police Department spokesman Sgt. Vince Lewis told The Post that investigators were still trying to identify the suspects and were trying to determine if it was a hate crime.

“The incident is being investigated by our Bias Unit and is ongoing,” he added.

“The garb and symbols depicted in the video are clear historic symbols of hate,” Lewis told 12 News.
