A convicted child molester’s argument that he was too fat to rape his young victim didn’t convince a Pennsylvania state appeals court.

Warren Young, 37, was denied an appeal of his 48- to 96-year prison sentence after arguing he weighed too much to rape the fifth-grade girl, PennLive reported.

Young, who is from Everett, claimed his 320-pound physique and medication he was taking that caused impotence proved his innocence.

Authorities, however, said Young sexually abused the victim for years until she told her teacher in 2006.

Judge Victor P. Stabile noted the victim’s testimony in his decision to deny the appeal.

“The jury obviously credited the victim’s testimony, and her testimony provides sufficient evidence in support of the convictions,” Stabile wrote, according to PennLive.
