MAGA-hat-wearing Covington Catholic HS student Nicholas Sandmann plans to hit CNN with a lawsuit alleging at least a quarter billion dollars in damages, his lawyer told Fox News.

Sandmann, who was filmed being confronted by a Native American protester near the Lincoln Memorial in January, was pilloried on the cable station but, “Did absolutely nothing wrong,” his lawyer, L. Lin Wood, told Fox News in an interview running Sunday night.

“He was, as I’ve said to others, he was the only adult in the room,” Wood said. Sandmann is also suing the Washington Post.
