Starbucks is in hot water for its underwhelming lattes.
Two Starbucks regulars in California filed a class-action lawsuit this week accusing the coffee mega-chain of ripping off customers by underfilling their lattes by 25 percent.
The pair alleges that in making a 16-ounce latte, baristas use 12 ounces of milk plus two 1-ounce shots of espresso — making the drink only 14 ounces total.
Starbucks officials say they “inform customers of the likelihood of variations.”
