D4vd is being eyed as a suspect in the death of teen Celeste Rivas Hernandez, whose severely decomposed body was discovered two months ago in the back of the rapper’s Tesla, according to a new bombshell report.
Police are also probing Hernandez’s death as a possible homicide, sources told TMZ — though the Medical Examiner has yet to make an official ruling, while toxicology results are pending.
Investigators are “looking at D4vd as a suspect” in the tragic case of Hernandez after her body was found wrapped in plastic on Sept. 8, the day after she would have turned 15, sources told the outlet.

But the report noted that no official paperwork has been filed classifying the 20-year-old singer, whose real name is David Anthony Burke, as a suspect.
Hernandez likely died in the spring, and a police source told NBC4 Investigates that it likely took multiple suspects to dismember and dispose of her body.
The source, who has direct knowledge of the probe, said that Burke has not been cooperating with investigators, according to NBC4.
When reached by The Post, the LAPD would not confirm if the musician is considered a suspect in Celeste’s death.
Hernandez ran away from her home in Lake Elsinore in 2024 at age 13 after getting into a relationship with someone named “David,” her mother previously told TMZ.

Private detective Steve Fisher, who was hired by the owner of the Hollywood Hills manse, Mladen Trifunovic, claimed to have discovered “farm” tools in the posh pad.
During his three-week, ongoing investigation, Fisher said he discovered multiple tools, normally used on farms, that he claimed “could be used to get rid of a body.”

A flurry of images of the Queens, New York-born singer and Hernandez have been uncovered by internet sleuths since the grisly discovery.
The Tesla in which the teen’s body was found belonged to Burke and was towed to an impound lot on Sept. 5, three days before Hernandez was found.
Burke has since cancelled his world tour and hired high-powered lawyer Blair Berk, who previously worked for disgraced movie mogul Harvey Weinstein.
Berk did not respond to The Post’s requests for comment.
