A grieving Chicago dad was furious when he checked his mail and found a letter from OfficeMax addressed to him and “daughter killed in car crash,” according to reports.
Ashley Seay, 17, died last year when her SUV slammed into a tree.
Her dad, Mike Seay, was furious after getting the insensitive missive.
“Why would they have that type of information?” he said.
An OfficeMax spokeswoman blamed a “third-party mailing list provider.”
