Sexual-harassment-prevention training at the US Capitol has skyrocketed following the scandals that brought down lawmakers like Sen. Al Franken and Rep. John Conyers.
In September, just five congressional employees took online anti-sexual-harassment training, the Office of Compliance said Thursday.
The number spiked to 618 in October, and by November, the number hit 4,000.
