A woman in her 20s was found dead on the side of the road in East Hampton on Friday morning, according to police.
Her body was found on a grassy shoulder along Alewife-Brook Road just north of Terry Road around 6:30 a.m.
Her death doesn’t appear to be criminal, Suffolk County police said.
The woman was described as about 5-foot-4, white, with light brown shoulder-length hair and approximately 100 pounds. She had an owl tattoo on her right wrist and a tattoo of two interlocking rings on the inside of her upper left arm.
