PHILADELPHIA — Democrats didn’t leave the convention without their historical souvenirs — even if they had to rip them from the wall.

Signs, symbols, and even the liberty bell forming the 0 in 2016, nothing was safe when the proceedings ended and delegates, staffers and others made a mad dash to take home whatever they could grab.

Attendees took signs, hats and stripped items off walls as they exited the Wells Fargo Center as mementoes of a convention that nominated the first woman of a major party for the presidency.

Even the “All Gender Restroom” sign had been ripped off (above), reverting it back to the women’s room it normally is.
