An anguished woman shouted, “I am your mother!” to her long-lost daughter as the mom dramatically gave testimony at the sentencing of a kidnapper who took the girl as a newborn 20 years ago.

Shanara Mobley told a Florida court she wants the maximum penalty for kidnapper Gloria Williams, who in July 1998 disguised herself as a nurse and swiped Mobley’s days-old daughter from her arms at a Jacksonville hospital.

The daughter has bonded with Shanara — and taken the name Kamiyah Mobley — and wants the court to show leniency to the kidnapper she called Mom for 18 years.

During a sentencing hearing in Jacksonville, Shanara said she considered suicide nearly every day for 18 years.

“That is my child,” Shanara testified, pointing to the back of court where Kamiyah sat. “I am your mother!”

Williams, who faces up to 22 years in prison, is expected to testify on Friday.
