The expert diver who
was rescued Wednesday night, authorities said.
Josh Bratchley, a British member of the elite team who helped rescue the 12 soccer players and their coach form a Thailand cave in July, was found, the Chattanooga Hamilton County Rescue Service said at about 8 p.m.
“The diver was located and brought out of the cave by rescue divers!” they posted. “All are safe on the surface.”
Bratchley was reported missing inside the Mill Pond Cave at 1:17 a.m. Wednesday. Specially trained divers went in to look for him at about 6 p.m. and he was rescued almost an hour later, officials said.
The diver is in good health and spirits, Bill Whitehouse of the British Cave Rescue Council told ABC News.
