Romina Ayelen Bergoglio lost cash, valuables and her dog after a burglary at her apartment in the western Argentine city of Mendoza, Central European News reported on Monday.

After finding her apartment ransacked, she made a public appeal to find her micro toy pooch Phill.

“Reward offered! Robbers entered in my house and robbed my micro toy dog, he is small, white and fluffy with a blue collar and responds to the name Phill,” Bergoglio, 27, posted on Facebook.

“Some men took him in a silver grey Golf license plate number EPP 100. I have to find my dog, I don’t care how.”

She added: “Phill is what matters most to me. He is worth more than everything else I have. I want to die.”

A Facebook user later commented that he had spotted Phill, leading to the joyous reunion, according to CEN.

The dog-loving woman is related to Pope Francis through her grandfather, Jorge Bergoglio, the pontiff’s cousin.

Cops are still looking for the burglars.
