Police said a driver fatally mowed down a mom in Colorado after she confronted him about a crash minutes earlier.

Henry Wardwell Jr., 48, was arrested Monday in Aurora after he allegedly ran over 47-year-old Juliet Powell with his camping trailer and dragged her for several blocks, news station KUSA reported.

Powell was brought to a hospital, where she died from her injuries, according to KUSA.

Officials said Wardell was behind the wheel of a pickup truck pulling a trailer when he backed into a sedan Monday in a parking lot.

He allegedly fled the scene and Powell and her husband followed him until he pulled over.

The newlyweds got out of the vehicle to confront Wardell about the accident as he made a U-turn, according to police.

The trailer ran over Powell and dragged her for several blocks, officials said, after several people reportedly called 911.

“Witnesses also followed the pickup truck and trailer and assisted Aurora Police Dispatch in directing police officers to the location of the vehicle,” police said.

Police pulled over Wardell and arrested him.

Wardell faces several charges, including vehicular homicide and leaving the scene of an accident involving death.

He is being held on $50,000 bond.
