The New Orleans man charged with drunkenly plowing his pick-up truck into a crowd of revelers Saturday has been held on $125,000 bond, according to local reports.

If Neilson Rizzuto is able to post bail, a judge ordered late Sunday he’ll be forced to wear an ankle bracelet and live under house arrest, reported The New Orleans Advocate.

The 25-year-old would also be barred from driving, and partaking in drugs or alcohol, the paper said.

The driver was booked Sunday on two counts of first-degree vehicular negligent injuring, and was also slapped with charges for reckless operation of a motor vehicle and hit-and-run driving.

Miraculously, no one was killed, though three people remain in critical condition, cops said.

Rizzuto’s public defender told the court his client had no prior record, said the newspaper.
