A motorist in Kentucky tried to ram into a gigantic snowman, but did not anticipate that Frosty’s base was built around a tree stump.

“This is Petersburg for you,” Cody Lutz, who built the snowman with his fiancée, posted on Facebook last week. “What they didn’t count on, is the massive stump in the center. Life is hard, but it’s much harder when you’re stupid.”

Along with Lutz’s post was a photo of the hat-wearing, 9-foot-tall, smiling snowman showing tire marks in the snow leading up to the sculpture.

“Instant Karma!” Lutz said of the incident in an interview with FOX 19. “It’s hilarious! You know, what goes around comes around, in good ways and bad ways. So, I guess everyone learns a valuable lesson here from Frosty.”
