It wasn’t the time or place to clown around.
A creepy clown in Vermont was arrested around 3 a.m. Saturday after a teen reportedly found the stranger asleep in his home.
Sean J. Barber, 43, was sporting a clown costume and appeared to be drunk when police responded to the Marlboro residence, the Boston Globe reported.
He was sleeping in an upstairs bedroom and was discovered to be in possession of cocaine, police said.
Barber, of Wilmington, was booked with the remnants of clown makeup on his face.
He faces charges of unlawful trespass and possession of cocaine.
Barber was held at Southern State Correctional Facility until he was sober, according to authorities.
