Warning: don’t drive drunk.

A Texas man hit with his ninth drunken driving charge chose an apropos T-shirt for his mug shot – with a message saying: “WARNING: I DO DUMB THINGS.”

Luciano Gutierrez, 66, of Temple was booked Thursday after being charged on a DWI warrant from November, KWTX reported.

His latest alleged offense rose to the level of a felony after more than three convictions.

Gutierrez was released from Bell County jail after posting $25,000 bond. He faces up to 10 years in prison if convicted.
